Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule you must do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations are not available for corporate trips or large groups requiring more than 2 boats. Weather cancellations are considered at the discretion of the captain. If there is light rain predicted we will still set out on the voyage. Safety is our top priority, so if there is lightning or high winds that would make the voyage unsafe you will be given the option to reschedule your trip or be given a refund.
